My father was an orchestra conductor, and my brother was a ballet dancer. When I was little, I would see them perform from behind the stage, hearing the applause, and seeing the tears of joy. I always wanted to provoke the same enthusiasm. I have been a distinguished speaker for events with 200,000 attendees and for small groups of managers, and I equally loved to stimulate the audience’s minds, spark their curiosity, and surprise them with content they would never expect. I want them to feel joy and passion. I want the audience to return back to their offices and perceive that business is not dry and alienating, but a powerful means for self-realization, growth, virtue, excitement, and fun.
